hi,can anyone tell me whats the best way to lift felt roofing from a flat roof porchway,as i need to replace some of the wwod facia as it is rotten,i can see where the nails have been used to tack it to the wood joists,thanks,jointy

the clout nails are only small you can gently prise the welts out so you can remove the fascia.
