Hi,
I have a garage where the wooden joists are resting on the top of the breeze blocks, and there are also blocks between the joists. There are gaps between the timber and the blocks, which were originally filled with mortar, but in most places these have fallen out, leaving a gap as per the images below.
What could be used to fill these gaps? I was thinking of expanding foam, but first wanted to ask before I do something which turns out not to be the right thing.
Thanks,
Tibor
