Hey whats the best way to fill in a whole around a 4inch waste pipe as it goes vertical though a floor. Its outside it goes up though a walk through tunnel between two houses. is about a 5 inch whole all the way around. Its a old house it needs filling as two flues exit in this tunel between the houses to stop fumes entry the house. I was thinking fixer foam and cement and other suggestions. Thanks for any help.

I dont have any way of getting puts up sorry. Its plaster either side of the soil pipe. I just need to cement up so is sealed i.e wont let fumes in. Any ideas ?
