filling scratches scuffs from trowel on gypsum plasterboard

I'm looking to repair the scratches in photo prior to repainting - how would you about filling these ?

They were caused by trowel ( to the right of image you can see a corner bead which joins with the lime plaster in the rest of room).

I have some Toupret filler but no sure if they are too fine to hold the filler so would be grateful for any suggestions.
