Hi.
Have just come to last bit on new conservatory build, and installed french door frame (Screwed and plugged to 600mm dwarf wall. All good.
However, there is a slight gap between the bottom of the attached cill, and the damp strip running across the bottom of the floor level.
From what I gather, you are supposed to push in or lay a bed of mortar for it to sit on. The gap is too small to trowel in the mortar, perhaps 1/2 - 1cm gap.
Any suggestions what I could use. I'm guessing silicone would be no good, but is there a type of tube cement/mortar available I could use the silicone applicator to squeeze in?
Many thanks.
