Finding matching coving / cornice (one piece needs replacing)

Hi all,

Need to replace a couple of pieces of coving. I have found what I need (below) but it is not in stock anywhere nearby (even if I travel a reasonable distance).

My question is, is any 135mm s profile coving going to be identical? Or does it need to be the same brand?

The two I've linked do look very very similar (if not identical) in the images

You would be lucky to get a 100% match, instead of cutting the coving and joining vertically, cut the old coving and the new at a 45 degree angles,
join the coving and when set one can use filler over the cut and feather in to the difference in thickness`s of both pieces and sand down
