Finishing tile effect laminate in conservatory

I'm about to lay tile effect laminate in my conservatory, as the the walls are plain brick finish and will not be plastered or fitted with skirting boards what is the best way to cover the expansion gaps?

beading? (the same as most people do)

I've just spent the day going around various diy and flooring shops, nobody seems to sell beading that matches the tile effect laminates. So i've had a change of heart and bought proper tiles which will hopefully work out a better long term solution.
