I find it sad that fireworks, no longer smell of gunpowder, now in general they all use plastic explosive, but the smell of old.... arrghh !!

That is correct, and not before 7am as well. Pretty much common sense I would say, but then again, commons sense is not all that common.

pipme said:Living where I do, the sounds of gunfire from Salisbury plain is quite amazing sometimes.... Sort of there and sort of not ... with no other sounds in house the rumble is quite distinct ... flashes in sky too on occasion .. around 20m distant.
