Hi there...
I have a gas hob and then a space in my kitchen unit for an oven which is directly under the hob as is normal...
However, a gas pipe runs against the wall within this cavity - feeding the gas hob. Is it safe to fit an electric oven within this cavity, so close to a gas pipe...or is this normal procedure....or should I get special insulating material for the gas pipe,,,,?
Many thanks in advance.
I have included a picture of the cavity here...
This is the oven i want to put in the cavity.
