Ok my earlier post I stated that I had a baxi back boiler, this will need to go.

The system has a pump and does not look that old, is there always other things need changing?

So guys what do you think is the best, 3 bed semi, what would you go for? Standard/condenser looks a good bet.

If I have a standard what is the best tank to go for uv?

Just looking to get a general idea on the best brand boilers that you guys look at day in day out, what is a top quality brand.

Any advise would be helpful, thanks guys

i'm not a specifier but i would think it's a difficult one to call. there is so much to take into account, cost, siting etc. i wouldn't have thought there was only one "perfect" system for your type of house. rephrase the question for the others telling them what you want from a system e.g. family needs 3 showers in the morning, 4 at night, like to have radiators on all the time etc
