Will be starting refurbishment of the ensuite sometime soon and to make space for a larger shower unit I am thinking of fitting a corner toilet.
Only concern is the waste pipe. On a normal toilet the waste goes straight out the back but with a corner toilet surely it will have to turn sharp right before going along a bit and then sharp left and through the outside wall or am I missing something?

45 bend behind the pan then straight out through the wall and do the bends outside , then change the branch on the soil/vent pipe- IF possible

Difficult to explain but; Wall toilet is currently on the waste goes through into roof void above garage and then is boxed in as it comes down internal garage wall (small bedroom above garage but set back from front of garage)
Could possibly take waste down garage wall further forward than present and branch into existing soil pipe.

Best to move the external stack branch to suit if possible
