Am fitting the above to a cloak-room basin. There are two in the Catalogue :

15mm x 1/2" 10mm bore 500
15mm x 3/4" 10mm bore 500

Is it the 1/2" one I need please?

What comes out from the base of the basin taps? 15mm copper or do the flexis screw straight in?

Screw straight onto an existing attached rt angle fitting at base of tap.

It'll likely be 15mm (1/2" flexis) but you need to get ones with the right connections on each end.
Sounds like you have a 1/2" male thread at the tap end so need 1/2" female on the flexi. The isolater end would be 1/2" compression onto 1/2" existing copper feeds (or hep).

Photo would help!
