Fitting a flue through upstairs dormer.

Hi,

Dont know if its been covered before,but heres my question

Fitting a woodburning stove into my house to supply heat and hot water

As the house has no chimney i will be fitting a twin wall flue that will run inside the house and then out through the roof.

I am limited to where i can locate the fire in the living room, I want to keep the flue as straight as possible, so this means the flue would exit through the top of a doormer roof, is this possible as i have never seen it done before.
