If the door is of framed construction when you can have the mirror cut so it fits snugly between the rails and styles, then using mirror adhesive glue it in place.
You can have the mirror drilled and you can screw it to the door using mirror screws.
Or you can use these.
Don’t forget the mirror should be safety backed.
