Fitting a silver touch dimmer switch

I'm touchdown fitting plastic dimmers in my own home however I'm fitting a silver touch dimmer.

The area I need help with is the earth connection. The box in the wall has an earth cable attached to it. But my switch states this also needs an earth connection. What do I ? Thanks Anthony

Get a short length of 1mm² conductor, sleeve it with green/yellow sleeving and attach it, one end to the box earth terminal the other to the switch plate's earth terminal.
