I really want a thermostatic mixer shower fitted in my 1960's flat, however I've been told its not possible as I don't have a combi boiler. Our heating is communal with the hot water running from the boiler house which services around 15 flats and the hot water is then stored in a 6ft tank next to the bathroom. I don't know what shower to have now as I don't like the look of any of the electric showers on the market. I really wanted the contempory look of a thermostatic. Has anyone got any suggestions or know if fitting the mixer is going to be possible please?
