Fitting blinds

Not sure if this is the right section please move if needed.

I want to fit electric roller blinds over our bi folds in the recess I want to mount the blinds from the top. The bi folds have a steel RSJ with fire board over the top. what is the best fitting for this? is there a specialist screw that will go straight into the steel? Or have I got to pilot drill? if so what screws etc would be recommended?
