Fitting door hinges to extruded aluminium frame

Hi, can someone give me instructions on how to fit a hinge like this... https://www.dgsupplyline.co.uk/product/sobinco-2800-2d-euro-hinge/ . I was hoping to find a video but have been unable to. The door has 3 such hinges and the top one needs replacement.
