Anyone fitted one of these recently:

http://www.plumbworld.co.uk/1944-17115

The above website gives the tube diameter as 105mm

The suggested diameter of the cut out is 117mm, however the drill I've hired to cut the hole only has 107mm or 127mm bits.

Just wondering if 107 will be too tight and 127 too loose?

thx

the duct should slide through the 107mm hole, but maybe the fittings at the end are supposed to go into the hole and are wider?

Measure them.

Fitting the duct into a loose hole is easy, I find, you just squidge mortar round the end of the tube with your fingers. If your hands and arms are not too big you can reach through the tube to the the outside, from inside the house. You have to keep checking that it is level with the walls, and slightly leaning towards the outside so that condensation will not run inwards.
