Fitting Leak

My mate has a leak at the fitting.

After isolating the water and hand tightened the fitting (as it had somehow screwed loose) the leak has stopped

1. Does anyone know the brand/name of the fitting?

2. Is this a temporary fix? Should I be advising them to replace the fitting with something like a Speedfit

The fitting is about 5 years old.

hep20 fitting by looks of it and tightening is sufficient if it stopped drip no need to change it

probably never been tightened fully from day 1
