Fitting shed roof felt

Hi,

I had a shed delivered and built today (almost)!

It was windy, and they said the felt might rip, so it would be better if I fit it. I accepted this. They left me a roll of Diamond grey mineral felt 20Mr x 1Mtr 1Kg, plus a bag of tacks.

Could someone tell me how to fit it please.including how much each piece is overlapped, and where to tack it. Also do I need glue?
