I'm fitting a corner storage basket secured with screws in the shower. The instructions show silicone being used to maintain water tightness, but it's unclear if it goes into the screw hole before the plug, or around the rim of the inserted plug, or even into the plug itself. Any suggestions (other than I should have bought a hanging basket
