Fixed door knobs - roller catch

Hi all,

I'm fitting new 1930's style doors (4 panels, 3 bottom 1 above) and because of the height of the knobs and little children we want to fit good quality roller catches so the doors are easy to open.

My question relates to the type of door knobs to get. Can you get fixed knobs or do you just use knob sets and not drill through and connect them both together? I can't seem to find any fixed ones anywhere.

Any advice will be very much appreciated.

You have both options, depends on style of door knob.
