FIXING A MIRROR TO A WALL

What is the best way to fix a 45" x 38" mirror to a bathroom wall,ideally i dont want to have any visable fixings.Would it be ok to use an adhesive such as no nails?.The mirror is to go inside an old window opening which has since been boarded and skimmed over.Thanks.

If the mirror is gonna be sitting on the window sill, then yeah you'd be alright with some grab adhesive. If it's juist fastened to the wall (and not sitting on anything) then I'd recommend the clear plastic fittings with the slots in it to hold it in place.

Glue will be fine but don't use normal no-nails types. The can react with the mirror silvering and ruin the mirror. Use Mirror mate or similar.

Fit a removable baton. plenty of glue on the back and, resting on the baton, push firmly but evenly on to the wall. Once dry remove the baton.
