Fixing Aquapanel

I've just purchased Aquapanel from Wickes for my bathroom.

This may be a stupid question but which way around should it be fixed. One side is smooth whilst the other is rough.

I'm looking to tile it and would guess the rough side would be OK?????

Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Also would it be better to screw or nail into position?
