I'm wanting to fix a steel C stud to steel box section, which will form part of a small partition (1500mm high x 1000mm wide). The box section/ beam, will have a wall thickness of 2 or 3mm. What fixing should I use to affix the C stud to the box section? I'm assuming wafer screws will not do.Thanks.

Just come to me. You would pop rivet the C stud to the box section. My best solution.

I would have thought a self drilling tec screw would do it but does it need to support a certain load?

No load. But I've looked at reviews at Screwfix and they don't make good reading.

Edit: Oh, I must have landed on a bad patch, some reviews okay.
