Hi, I'm considering buying a freestanding bathtub. Because my bathroom is on the first floor I would prefer an acryl bathtub. Yesterday I was in a shop and pulled it up from one side and found it rather light. The shopkeeper said that even acryl freestanding bathtubs aren't fixed at the floor. To me it looks like it's not heavy enough and since it's only attached to the drain, it might damage the drain connection. Any advise on this?
Thanks!

Unlike in the UK, we don't have a tradition of freestanding bathtubs. So my choice is rather limited. I've only seen cast iron and acryl tubs here.

I have to check if the feet of this tub can be screwed to the floor or is this always possible? :(
