fixing kingspan to a flat roof deck

The drawings for my extension flat roof specify 90mm and 80mm of Kingspan TR27 to be fixed to an 18mm plywood deck. What do I use to secure the two thicknesses?

depending on roof covering you can get large fixing plates(washers) for the insulation but as i said depends what roof covering your having
or just sandwich between ply
