I have this about 7 x 7 metre old shed built on a deep concrete base in my back garden. It is a wooden frame with OSB boards and a metal corrugated roof. The OSB boards get damp and the roof has a big issue with condensation.
My plan is to reduce the size of the shed down by about half, keeping most the wooden frame, replace the OSB boards with something better like wooden slats, put in windows, and stop the condensation issue with the roof. I also want to make the half outside the new smaller shed size into a walled patio.
My main issues so far is I'm not sure what I need to do with the roof to stop the condensation, and I don't know if the concrete that will be outside needs anything done to it before I could put down a patio.
Here's photos of the shed and a rough design I came up with a while ago.. any thoughts?
