We have removed a Designa electric shower to install a Triton fast-fit.
When undoing the pipework for the old shower I found that the cold water pipe sprung forwards further out of the hole in the wall by an inch.
I'm not sure which wall fixings to use to fasten the new shower to the wall. The wall is tiled plasterboard and is just under an inch thick in total. I was thinking of Fischer Universal but I'm not sure there will be enough of the plug to expand behind the plasterboard to grip the shower unit into place.
Does anyone know of any decent wall fixings to use on a tiled plasterboard wall?
TIA
