Fixing window to rsj

Hi can anyone recommend how to make a fixing to an RSJ 10mm flange. I have a 1.8 meter wide window and would like to make 2 fixings at the top of the window to fit under the rsj. The window is in place as I have secured it at the sides and bottom. Thanks

Decent drill driver and a tek-screw for heavy steel. I've fixed some through 10mm steel. Bag of 50 from toolstation for 5.50

Any self driller type screw will do, buy you will have to pilot the heavy gauge steel. Window fitters use baypole screws - have a few at hand because the heads are waz.
