Hi,

I would like to paint the bedroom. The exiting ceiling paint peeled off. I have scrapped most of the peeling paint.

What is the best way to fix the peeling area? I would appreciate any advice.

Please see my pictures and also the link to the video

Is this a bathroom ceiling?

Hard to say, but it might be the case that the first coat of emulsion was not sufficiently diluted.

Rooms prone to condensation need something like water based eggshell (and possibly improved airflow).
