I have just taken off the nasty Anaglypta paper and the wall behind was very uneven so i can understand why the previous person put it up,
i have spent today sanding and filling the hairline cracks and holes but i am having trouble with patches of paint flaking!, i have sanded them down and got off the worst so it is flat and fillered the area so when i paint the walls it wont show a big area of uneven paint,
is there a seal i can paint on first that will stop more paint lifting before i start the emulsion coat, as before on other walls i have done in the house when i start rollering it pulls areas of paint away
hope someone can help and need to add this is a great forum for us keen DIYers
