I hired a roofers to do the newly built extension, main house and the newly built porch roofs. they have done a good job up today. all the roofs completed apart from the flash lead of the porch in particular the corner where the porch pitched roof meets the house wall which are perpendicular to each other see attached pics. they said this need a led man to do because they can not guarantee it is not going to leak if they did. I live in Wiltshire, any idea suggestion how this can be done please. is there a places when it can be fabricated

what your photos are showing is almost a typical back gutter situation - this should be a very basic and simple job for any professional roofer.
when he quoted for your roof he should have seen at a glance what lead detail would be required - dont pay for any extra lead working.
unless specified, leadwork is typically included in the quote.

there are many roofers, plumbers and specialist lead workers out there who could boss code #4 sheet lead into whats needed - or boss it & lead burn it.

the membrane has been correctly Dog-Eared at the inside corner but the dog-ear should go up behind the membrane upstand.
the outside corner of the membrane should also be dog-eared with the dog-ear tucked back behind the upstand again.
leave the membrane running long and only cut it if necessary when the lead cover flashing is being fixed in position.

It is not an unusual detail, it would need fabricating onsite to suit your roof and tiles.

Some roof tilers do not do lead work.. These guys have been honest with you about their capabilities.

what town in wiltshire are you ?

We are working in Wiltshire, but not Swindon unfortunately... Salisbury
Drive a Honda by any chance? :)

There will be a local guy that can easily do this.

any idea how much will it cost? the length of the area need to be covered is 2.8m each side plus the corner

depends on tile type which we can not see. I have reckoned on 450mm code 4 with code 5 gutter detail

There should be a horizontal timber tray fitted to the 'v' to flatten it out and to support the lead. The tray should have a slight slope towards the exit.
