Flash problem while watch online shows

When ever i watch the online videos it the give the error of flash player.i install them but it still give the problem to me....plz give me some usefull suggestions.

I downloaded the latest version of Flash Player and had nothing but trouble with it crashing. Uninstall if you have installed the latest version and download an earlier one!

Had the same problem yesterday, go to the adobe site for the solution.

From memory it was > tools > internet options > security, then change the "trusted sites" security level to medium. Click on "custom level" scroll down to "scripting" and enable "active scripting".
