Flashing around soil pipe

I have an existing soil stack which I can't get lead flashing behind.

Any suggestions? See pic, the corrugated asbestos has now been replaced with slates.

Lose that old iron stack and replace it with plastic.

If you can get some flashband behind it, bodge it for just that few inches. Use primer and a heat gun to get it to stick to the wall.
