Fault with Bosch Classixx 1000 Express washing machine WFL2067GB, S/N 416010237472057713.
Mains fuse had blown, on replacing it the machine was still dead. Removed PCB and found that a track near to the mains inlet connector had blown. Have repaired this, now on powering on all of the LEDs flash together approx once a second, both with just the power connected to the board and with all of the other connectors re-attached. Woth noting that our dishwasher failed round about the same tine, and according to the local launderette lots of peoples washing machines failed that weekend so perhaps a mains power surge? Some signs of soot around diodes, transient suppressor and small transformer on rear of board.
