Which boarding should I use OSB3 T&G Roof Deck 18x1200x2400mm or Structural Plywood 18x1220x2440mm. I am hoping to use EPDM for the covering. Approx roof dimensions 3600 x 3400

We always use the osb t & g roof boards.
2.4 x 600 are easier to get up when working on 2nd storey roofs, plus less waste.

I am going to lay the boards 90 degree from the joist. Do I need to fit additional noggins to support the T&G short ends and long sides.
