Any advice please? Is this roof ok or does the cracking indicate it's on its way out? No leaks at present. However often I put the small stones back they seem to run straight into the gutter again.

The roof is on the way out - previous repairs can be seen, and there's nothing to hold the stones in place.
Why not post pics of more/larger context, and I'll give you an idea for a pitched roof if its possible?

Or do you want to struggle on until the end - whenever that is? If you do then use Acrypol or similar but cheaper repair concoctions.
Brush on everywhere, flood cracks - allow to dry - brush on at least one more coat.
When tacky brush the stones back in place and hope for sunshine.

Thanks, here you go. You can't see from these pictures but the drip batten into the gutter has also come away and fallen into the gutter, I've removed it. I don't think there's an easy way to make this pitched so would possibly need a rubber roof as the easiest solution? Ideally I would like a warm roof conversion to improve insulation.
