I did see a post some time back about taking a flat roof and adding a room over the top of it. I am converting an old vet clinic to a small home, and know nothing about building. Am way over my head, but managing at a snail pace.
I am putting a small addition on the lower right half of the back side of the house this summer, but would like to incorporate an upper level for future finishing. Limited funds on this project.
