flat roof insulation

Has anybody has experience using graded or second grade insulation.Its from seconds.co.uk. I am concerned that it might fail a BCO inspection.

its fine most of it is just discoloured or scuffed/misprinted labels its aboslutely fine I use it all the time never had a problem with BC.
