Please could someone give ma a very rough idea how much it costs to recover a flat roof 3.5m x 2.6m assuming that all existing timber is OK and its just the felt that needs changing. I'm not asking for exact pounds, shillings and pence but just something to go off. I'm in the process of buying a new house and the surveyor said the coverings MAY need replacing soon. I have no flat roofs in my current gaff so I've no idea what they cost. The area is Lancashire. I know their are variations in prices for area.
