Flat roof repair cost per m2

Hi all . Have what i suspect a leak in a flat roof over extension . Torch on stuff .what’s a reasonable price per m2 to refelt etc ?
Been quoted £450 which I think seems a bit harsh somehow maybe I’m naïve to these things

**** taking, unless you have a price that includes scaffold etc and you then divided that price up by the actual m2?
And of course it may be tiny say 1 m2.. I which case it won't be £50.00

Nope literally nothing else needed apart from a 3 step ladder . Noted and thanks !

Siad it includes 3 layers replaced and yeah it’s pribs less then 1m 2 but was making round numbers

Then it's probably their minimum charge .. they will have overheads .
Including (insurance) which isn't cheap
