we have a flat roof over our kitchen and are in the process of changing it to a pitch roof, we have drawings an application for building control in and in the process of getting quotes from contractors.
this morning we have woken up and the leaks have really gotten bad, the water is seeping through into the interior kitchen ceiling.
up on the flat roof, there is a level of water which can't get to the drain.
it is rubber with stones on top. it seems like the flat roof has slumped.
should we take the stones off to help the water get to the drain?
it is the only thing i can think of to do?
