My flat garage roof was leaking because the felt has gone along the seams in a couple of places. I don't have the money to replace the roof at the moment so I have used Thompsons Aquaseal (the rubber paint) to seal the cracks as a temporary repair. It seeems to have worked and I was wondering if anybody knows how long this paint lasts. I was hoping for 2 years. Any ideas?

mmm expensive that aqua seal stuff! well how long is a peice of string; some say double the distance from the middle; it will last the frost's of winter defo.
ideally replace the felt, its not difficult, u could have done that with the time, money n effort of doing the sealant. but depends how big ur garage roof is and what condition the roof is in?
