Hi please see attached quick sketch. I’m looking for a detail or info as to how to join a flat roof to a hipped roof. I’ve seen the detail for joining it to a pitched roof. I don’t want to step the new brickwork in to (effectively) avoid the hip tiles on the left but can’t figure out how it would look or work.
Anyone got any pics or details on how this would work ?
The reason I can’t step the brickwork in is because the whole roof will come off in few years with attic trusses so all the brickwork needs to follow itself . Thank you for any help

Do you have enough height to just instal it under the soffits.

Time for some bodgerry with the insulation - I copied a design that noseall demonstrated. With a bit of planning and trial and error you should be able to get the hip tiles back on. I lowered the ceiling a bit inside to make it easier.
