Hi guy`s, could anyone out there tell me what it would cost me to have a felt roof replaced. the actual boards are very sound, it does need new lead flashing approx 20`, it all so has a soil pipe going through it, the size is approx 20`x 10`, and i want hot bitumen not torched felt.
