Flat Screen display with house alarm

Hello,
I'd like to get my alarm working again, it previously had a faulty keypad.
I'd really like to replace the keypad with say a 7 inch lcd flat screen similar to a digital photo frame that would control the system-it could even use a feed from a cctv camera.
Has anyone seen such a system/control panel or am I getting carried away?

Honeywell do a "Galaxy Dimension Touch centre" Alarm control unit with a customisable touch screen keypad. Though you will be looking at over £300 just for the control and screen. Do a search on google.
