Flat to pitch roof

Looking to add a pitch roof to my flat roof extension (14' x 8'). I really need some pointers on 1. Planning permission 2. what materials and 3. cost.

No, building permission providing the flatroof is no higher than 3 metre and pitch roof no higher than 4 metre.

2. what materials

You get what you pay for.

cost.

Differ in difference area.
