Flexible hose for radiator connections

use rad valve extensions.
those flexi hoses are not designed for heating systems they are for domestic water supplies to tap.
on heating systems the water is a lot hotter and longer periods.

25 centimetres, about 10 inches, is a bit far for rad valve extensions.

IMO a flexi tail would look naff, as well as not being designed for the job. it may get you out of trouble as a temporary fix, but it will probably have a very limited life, and get very messy very quickly when it fails.

Re-routing the tail feeding the rad would probably be the neatest option, but would mean shutting off your heating for as long as you need to do the job. Probably not an ideal option in this weather.

You could make up your own extension tail from a bit of copper pipe and compression fittings.
